We have taken all possible precautions to ensure that the information provided within this site is accurate, in particular that prices shown are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges. Whilst all possible effort has been taken to display product colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect this.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability in relation to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Zennar Ltd. However, in all other circumstances we will not accept liability for any loss or damage of any kind suffered as a result of using this site, including use of the information provided within this site.
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed at the place from which the acceptance e-mail is sent. If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order. No contract will be formed until you receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your order.
You can cancel the purchase of a box at any point prior to receiving confirmation that your order has been received, processed and dispatched by us . Cut-off times may vary during holidays periods and over weekends –Cancellation must be by the website www.rockfish-store.com. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline. Despite the above provision, you are entitled to cancel a payment for products where fraudulent use has been made of your payment card by a person not acting, or to be treated as acting, as your agent. If you have already made a payment where your payment card has been so fraudulently used, then you should approach your card issuer for recredit to your card.
As a UK based website we endeavour to ensure that all personal information provided is handled in accordance to the 1998 UK Data Protection Act and use technology that protects your information (including credit card details) from unauthorised use or access.
We will not sell, distribute or disclose any information we hold on you to any third parties unless you have provided your consent or are required or permitted to do so by the law.

Jurisdiction of site
This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within the parameters stated upon receipt of your order. However, these should not be taken as guaranteed and we are unable to offer compensation for delay. A signature is required upon delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods. Should we send your order in more than one dispatch due to stock availability there is still only one delivery charge. Please note that orders placed after mid-day on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
We will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
FREE UK Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service is FREE to all UK postcodes including Highlands and Islands and to Ireland.
Delivery usually takes 1 - 2 working days, and our couriers will usually require a signature on delivery. We can deliver to your work address if that helps, otherwise the courier will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery direct.
We provide a one hour delivery window sent free by text or email.
For delivery information to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles and Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Wight click here for discounted delivery prices. Delivery to Offshore addresses typically takes 2 -3 working days.
We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed before mid-day are usually dispatched the same day.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Rockfish purchase, you may return them unworn and in the original packaging for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note that our service does not include free returns. We do however offer a cost-effective returns service through Collect+. A returns label will cost you £ 3.99 by clicking on the above link and is available at 4000 convenience stores nationwide. Please retain your proof of posting until you receive confirmation that your parcel has been received.
If Collect+ is not available in your area or you chose to make your own arrangements to return your goods to us, we recommend that you use a service with suitable insurance cover and obtain proof of posting.
